Liam Hails New DFID Funding for Islamic Relief
 
Liam today welcomed news that Islamic Relief is set to receive funding of at least £3.75 million over the next five years from the Department for International Development (DFID).

Islamic Relief are one of 8 organisations receiving a share of a £90 million funding package for international development organisations working in partnership with DFID.

LIAM RUNNING HALF MARATHON FOR KASHMIR QUAKE VICTIMS
 

Liam and his wife Sarah will be running the Stratford Half Marathon on 7th May 2006 to raise money for 3 charities that do great work both locally and overseas.

The Jammu & Kashmir Development Foundation's Quake appeal is helping to bring hope and aid to the people of Kashmi affected by the South Asian Earthquake.

Age Concern are a national charity who help both to speak up for the needs of the Nation's elderly, but also provide practical advice and support.

Hodge Hill Girls' school is seeking to raise money to enable it to become a specialist school, improving the experiences and realising the ambitions of our young people.
